Dial A Vet allows you to book a 24/7 video call with an Australian Veterinary Professional - all from the comfort of your home. Simply, click 'Speak to a Vet Now' and select a time that suits you. One of our qualified Veterinarians or Veterinary Nurses, will join the call at your scheduled time.
Nope! You will receive a Zoom link in your booking confirmation email. Simply click the link and join the call in your browser. Hint, make sure you have your camera and microphone enabled so our Dial A Vet Vet's can see/hear you :)
Yep! Dial A Vet consultations are only $49 for 15 minutes. Most consultations take less than 8 minutes, depending on the concern. With more than 90% of concerns being resolved by our team.
Dial A Vet vet's are highly qualified to assist you with all your Dog and Cat concerns! From diet to lumps and bumps, we have hundreds of practicing Veterinarians and Veterinary Nurses from across Australia ready to assist you.
As much as we would love to cater for all your pets needs, unfortunately due to current legislation Veterinarian's are unable to prescribe via telemedicine (video calls). We can answer questions and provide guidance on your pets current treatment plan.
Don't worry! You will only pay the flat $49 consultation fee, no extra charges whatsoever!
It's super easy! After you have selected a time that works for you, simply fill out the required payment information from your credit/debit card. Our payment provider is Stripe, which has PCI DSS Level 1 standing, which is the highest security level a payment processor can hold. Visit: stripe.com/au for more information.
Our online vets can address a variety of non-emergency concerns, such as:
